Soul Fitness Exercise Classes
are for those who are serious about learning scripture, and getting in shape!
Each person is welcome to join
a group of people who are exercising,
using the Soul Fitness Exercise Curriculum, which includes nine scriptural exercises,
nine warm up exercises, seven body weight exercises, and five abdomen exercises.
Class length depends on age, and last from twenty minutes to an hour.
Each group meets once a week for ten weeks, before deciding if they want to
participate in another ten week course.
Course price varies depending on the number of participants.
