Stephen Burnette
Stephen Burnette is the founder, CEO and president of Soul Fitness Ministries.
He was born in Clearwater Florida in the mid 80’s, and grew up in Sandy Springs, GA as the middle child of five. Graduating with a Health, Physical Education and Sport Studies degree from the University of West Georgia, teaching K-8, and his Masters of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary has allowed him to combine physical and spiritual training for all ages.
He got married in 2023 to Bernadette, and is now a father of one, living in Virginia Beach, VA, and working as the Director of Youth for St. John the Apostle Catholic Church.
He enjoys swimming, biking, running, nature, spirituality, yard work, reading, writing, and helping others grow closer to the LORD.

Steve Young
Steve Young has more than 45 years’ experience in trade association management and nonprofit governance. A 1976 graduate of the University of Toledo, he began his career as a legislative correspondent and researcher on Capitol Hill in Washington, then moved on to be a lobbyist for the National Small Business Association and Small Business Legislative Council. The past 39 years he has been with AICC, The Independent Packaging Association, first as administrative director, executive vice president and then president. In this role he oversaw the Association’s strategic direction and all facets of its operations, including member recruitment and services; convention and trade show management, government affairs; Board of Director relations and governance. During his tenure he also served as treasurer of the International Corrugated Packaging Foundation, a 501c3 educational foundation focusing on curriculum development in packaging engineering in major universities in the US and Canada. He has also served on the Board of Directors of the Council of Manufacturing Associations. He is active in community and ecclesial activities and is a member of the Knights of Columbus, the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem and the Sacred Military Constantinian Order of St. George. He is a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Front Royal, Va., and the Basilica of St. Mary in Alexandria, Va.

Seth Seaman
Seth is a seminarian with the Catholic Diocese of Richmond in Virginia, and hopes to become an ordained priest in 2024.
Seth went to school at Old Dominion University and received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology with a minor in Engineering Management. He worked for three years as a design engineer before attending Asbury Theological Seminary with the hopes of becoming a Methodist pastor. Seth became a Catholic shortly before graduating from Asbury with a Masters of Divinity (M.Div.), and now attends Theological College in Washington DC with the hopes of becoming a priest. Seth's great desires are to be the Lord's evangelist, to bring people to the next level of their discipleship in Christ, and to help others encounter the Lord through the sacraments.

Mary Healey
Board Member
Mary Healey graduated from Providence college with a BA in Social Sciences. Her first job was a nanny in Oxford England under the BUNAC Program, and also was able to be on the radio. Mrs. Healey has been an educator for 25 years in elementary and high school, home schooling her children, teaching, and being a principal of a small non-profit Catholic school which her parents founded. As a principal, her roles included writing curriculum, fundraising, spiritual direction and she was the Head of Catholic Culture, promoting, organizing, and helping lead events for the students and families throughout the year. Currently she is working at Seton Home Study School as the Assistant Director with the Special Services Department. Next year she will acquire her Masters in Catholic Educational Leadership. -
Bernadette Burnette
Bernadette is serving as the Vice President of Soul Fitness Ministries. She was recently married to Stephen Burnette, and they live in Virginia Beach. She was raised in Front Royal, Virginia by the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. In 2017, she graduated from Regent University in Virginia Beach, VA with a Master of Fine Arts in Acting and Concentration in Directing. Her undergraduate degree is from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
Bernadette has lived a thrilling and adventurous life that has taken her all over the world to sixteen countries and counting. She had the pleasure in June 2019 of visiting the grotto site in Lourdes, France where Our Lady appeared to Saint Bernadette. That trip had a profound effect on her life, and still does.
While living in Atlanta, GA she had the opportunity to volunteer from September 2020 - September 2021 as the Director of Evangelization for the Young Catholic Professionals of Atlanta brand new chapter. An experience she cherishes dearly. During undergraduate school she was a member of the Alpha Phi Fraternity whose philanthropic focus is women's heart health.
